Structural design project for a 7-story mixed use building, including 27,000 s.f. retail and 210,000 s.f. condominiums with six-story precast parking deck and elevated pool. Structure consists of post-tensioned flat plate slab with reinforced concrete moment frame system on auger cast pile foundation and structural slab on grade. The scope included the renovation/rehabilitation of existing Auburn Avenue historical structures.
