Structural design services for a 109,840 s.f., one-story warehouse/freezer with a steel frame, steel bar joist roof framing, metal deck roof sheathing, slab-on-grade and steel bar joist elevated floors with metal form deck and concrete topping and tilt-up concrete panel (load bearing) supported on a shallow foundation system.  30,000 s.f. freezer framed with insulated metal panel walls.  Building scope includes foundations for three silos, one bulk oil, three ovens and five mixers.  800 s.f., storage mezzanine also included.
