Structural design services for a 65,000 s.f., eight-story hotel with a concrete frame, post-tension concrete roof system, concrete post-tension concrete floors and light gauge metal stud walls supported on a cast pile foundation system. The project included a roof top bar and restaurant with an elevated drive and bridges for access from Bay Street. The foundations required coordination with existing river front structure, zero lot lines due to existing historical structure, and existing historical brick and rubble walls and drives.
