Structural engineering design for the renovation of a 200,000 s.f., eight-story hotel. Scope of work included new elevators and new stairs, new floor framing for new banquet room over existing pool, removal of the existing load bearing walls in new fitness center, addition of a new bridge from bed tower to parking deck, renovation of front of building and raising the roof, new drop off, removal of existing bridge at Lobby Level and many other modifications.
