Structural design services for this six-story student housing building that will house approximately 350 students in two-bedroom units. Each floor will have lounge space. A dining hall -- Georgia State University's first cafeteria style facility -- will be on the ground floor. The structural scope included a concrete frame, post-tension flat plate roof system, post-tension flat plate floor system and metal stud infill walls supported on shallow foundation system.
