Structural design services for a 300,000 s.f., eleven-story condominium building with a concrete frame, post-tension slab with overbuilt pre-engineered trusses, slab-on-grade post-tensioned concrete slab floor system and masonry walls supported on a deep foundation system.  Amenities building, parking deck and parking carport structures are included in scope.
