As sustainable design has quickly become a top priority for our clients, Stefan’s expertise in the principles of green building design, construction, and operation, has helped Pruitt Eberly Stone successfully complete numerous LEED certified facilities. Stefan sustainable design experience includes numerous projects such as McKesson, a 336,000s.f. Industrial Warehouse in Aurora, Illinois; MAP International, a 52,000 s.f Distribution Center in Brunswick, Georgia; and USDA Training Center, a 125,900 s.f multi-building campus in Newnan, Georgia, among many others.
